We use professional packers and first-class shipping companies. As a result, our rugs rarely arrive damaged. However, if any of your items do arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or a replacement. It is important that you keep the original packaging for inspection and photos of the damaged rug.
We accept credit cards MasterCard, Visa, debit cards through Stipe and direct PayPal payments.
You will receive an email with a tracking number for your shipment within 3-5 days of your purchase.
We offer free shipping to most international destinations. All items will be prepared for shipping within 2-3 days, and it usually takes between 3 and 5 business days for FedEx company to ship your product to your adress, depending on your country, for delivery to your home.
International shipping does not include import duty, which will be county-specific and based on the delivery address. USA customers pay no import tax due to a free trade agreement with Morocco. Please check your country’s customs rates before purchasing. Additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
